I'm Sean Martin. I help small and mid-sized businesses sort out how work gets done, and then put AI to work where it actually saves time. Here's what I charge, laid out the way I'd explain it across the table. For Niagara businesses with about 10 to 200 people. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST.
Most people start with a Process Scan. It's a focused remote interview about how work moves through your business, followed by a short written plan of where I'd start. From there, you can book me by the hour or the day for working sessions, ChatGPT Business setup and team training, or just to think something through.
The usual first step

When there's a clear job to do, I'd rather give you one price than keep a meter running. I scope every project after a Process Scan, so we both know what's in and what isn't before anything starts. If you go ahead within 30 days, the $350 scan fee comes off the project price.
