Up to 4 hours
Half day, $700
- Workspace set up with you: who gets access and the settings that fit your business
- Agreed rules on what staff should and should not put into ChatGPT
- Hands-on practice on a few of your team's real tasks
If your team has ChatGPT Business, or is about to get it, I'll set the workspace up with you and train your people on their own everyday tasks. It's a half day for $700 or a full day for $1,250, in Canadian dollars plus HST, on-site in the Niagara Region or remote.
Start with our referral link. It's one per business and reserved for you when you click. You sign up with OpenAI directly, the licences stay in your company's name, and when you're ready we can set the workspace up and train your team.
Both are set prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST, invoiced after the session. ChatGPT Business licences are paid to OpenAI directly and stay in your company's name.

Most teams don't struggle with ChatGPT because it's hard to use. They struggle because nobody agreed what it's for. So the session starts with the jobs your people actually do.
Before the session we agree two or three everyday tasks worth trying: quotes and follow-up emails, meeting notes, first drafts of documents, recurring reports or customer replies.
We set up your ChatGPT Business workspace together: who has access, roles, and the data and sharing settings that fit how your business handles information.
Your team practises on its own tasks, not generic demos, and leaves with prompts and templates it can reuse. Where output goes to a customer, we agree where a person checks it first.
Adapting Services is based in Niagara Falls. I do the sessions myself, on-site in St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold and the rest of the Niagara Region, or remotely for teams elsewhere in Ontario. Where the session happens is agreed in writing before it is booked. See also AI consulting in St. Catharines and AI consulting in Niagara Falls.
A half day is $700, up to 4 hours. A full day is $1,250, up to 8 hours. Both are in Canadian dollars, plus HST, and are invoiced after the session. ChatGPT Business licences are separate: you pay OpenAI directly and they stay in your company's name.
No. Your company signs up with OpenAI and pays for its own licences. I help you set the workspace up and train the team, and you keep full control of the account and the billing.
Yes. Adapting Services is based in Niagara Falls and works on-site across the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Sessions can also run remotely. Where the session happens is agreed in writing before it is booked.
A half day suits a small team that wants the workspace set up and practice on a few everyday tasks. A full day adds time for more of the team and for turning repeat jobs into reusable templates. If you are not sure, start with the free Process Scan or the $350 Process Scan and I will recommend one.
It depends on how it is set up and what people put into it. Part of every session is agreeing what staff should and should not share, who has access, and where a person checks the output before it goes to a customer. See our page on AI governance for Canadian businesses.
The free Process Scan takes about two minutes and shows a starting recommendation on screen. No email is needed. Also see the full pricing page and about Adapting Services.
