About Adapting Services
Adapting Services is an AI and process consulting firm based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, founded in 2026 by Sean Martin. We work with businesses of about 10 to 200 people in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Niagara-on-the-Lake and the rest of the Niagara Region, and remotely across Ontario.
How we work
Process first, then AI
We start with how the work actually gets done (quotes and follow-up, invoices and document entry, scheduling, reporting, customer enquiries), fix the process, and only then add AI tools such as ChatGPT Business, Claude or Microsoft Copilot where they help. Every rollout includes PIPEDA-aware settings, a person approving important actions, and training on your team's real tasks.
Founder
Sean Martin, founder
Sean lives and works in Niagara and does every engagement himself. Before Adapting Services, he spent years in England helping businesses improve their sales, marketing and cash flow, then worked in IT sales and support in England and Canada. Adapting Services brings those two sides together: he looks at how the business actually runs first, then picks the technology and AI that fit it. He is the author of Fix the Process First, available on Amazon.
