Check before building
This recommendation follows simple rules using your answers. It does not inspect your software or confirm feasibility. Your tools, data permissions and requirements need a closer look before choosing a service or integration.
Tools worth exploring for this problem
Start with what you already use. These are options to test, not a confirmed fit or a promise of results. Check pricing, data settings and requirements before subscribing.
Where a link is an affiliate link, we disclose it alongside the recommendation. Tool suggestions follow your answers, not commission rates. Adapting Services can help compare options, set up a small trial and train your team.

Frequently asked questions
What happens after the free scan?
Do I need to give my email to see the result?
No. Your starting recommendation appears immediately on this page. You can print or save it. Sending an enquiry is optional.
Is this a full process audit?
No. It uses your answers to suggest a first step. We have not examined your software, data, staff workflows or feasibility. A deeper paid assessment is available if you want one.
What does the free discovery call include?
A conversation about the process you want to improve, your existing tools and whether a more detailed review makes sense. It is not the same as the paid Process Scan, which includes a written action plan.
